Suggestion to consider: any chance for having a therapist or 2 "on call" to fill in for last minute therapist cancellations? I've had appts cancelled day of on a number of occasions over the yrs; sometimes I've been fortunate in that another therapist has a break in their schedule where they can squeeze me in; other times I've been out of luck. If I cancelled day of, I'd be charged for the appt; however if a therapist cancels day of, there's no recourse if no one else is available (just out of luck). Would it be worth considering having someone available to fill in for last minute cancellations?"
