"Great intro for my first time at Elements Massage. Front desk was welcoming. The massage therapist I saw asked good questions from my intake form. Provided privacy while undressing, and when turning over on the table. Made sure I was comfortable and warm/cool enough. Checked on the pressure being applied. Afterwards offered me a water and explained the areas she worked on that had more knots (lower back, shoulders and neck). Thanked me for coming in that day. During checkout, the receptionist explained to me the membership club and how the packages worked.
